Jamie | Managing Director
Jamie is Managing Director of Great North Auto Services Ltd. Jamie’s vast knowledge covers all areas of repair work, he is fully able and confident to turn his hand to anything that comes his way. Jamie’s work ethic is second to none and we are proud of his charismatic leadership. Jamie leads our team with the values we have instilled here at Great North Auto Services Ltd and makes our working and customer environment pure joy.
Katy | Operations Director
Katy is a key member of the team, overseeing all operational and financial decisions. With an honest, approachable personality Katy manages and communicates with all staff members to ensure we continue to deliver the high level of service we aim to achieve. Katy effectively and competently strives to drive the business forward.
Ian | General Manager | Rabbit Hill
Ian has a wealth of experience and knowledge having been a Senior Technician within the auto trade for 25 years. His knowledge gained from working within highly regarded dealers which include Audi and Fiat/Alpha/Kia as well as running smaller independent workshops. Since joining the Great North Auto team in May 2023, he has become an extremely valuable part of the team.
Laurence | Sales Manager | Hookstone Park
Having recently joined our team to set up, launch and run our Sales Showroom. Laurence will endeavour to provide the highest quality cars at a valuable price and importantly, guide people through this sometimes, daunting process of purchasing a vehicle.
Jaden | Senior Apprentice | Rabbit Hill
It is a joy to have Jaden on board and part of our Team! Jaden is committed to learning; he attends college one day a week with excellent feedback from his tutors. We believe in fully investing in our trainee’s education and we have no doubt Jaden will be an excellent, qualified, competent trained mechanic in the near future.
Ryan J | Technician | Rabbit Hill
Ryan joined us in January 2024 with 25 years’ experience from main dealers including Toyota, Volvo & Vauxhall along with independent workshops, Ryan is a valuable member of the team, a fully qualified MOT tester also.
Ashley | Technician | Hookstone Park
Ash joined us in February 2024, based at our Hookstone Park workshop. He joined us from a large independent sales workshop and is a lovely guy to have as part of our team. Ash has over 10 years’ experience as an auto technician and has extensive main dealer knowledge from BMW. His knowledge covers all areas of service and repair, and he gets stuck in with any job that comes his way.
Mariusz | Technician | Rabbit Hill
‘Mario’ also joined us in February 2024 based at our Rabbit Hill workshop from the same garage as Ash. Having previously worked with Ian some time ago, he came highly recommended and a great asset to the workshop. Mario has also worked with VW for some of his 19 years in the trade. A non-stop worker, Mario’s skillset is extremely advanced, his knowledge is a credit to him, and we love working with him.
Ryan F | Technician | Hookstone Park
Ryan joined us in April 2024 at our Hookstone Park workshop. Ryan has main dealer experience at Ford with 10 years’ experience in the trade. He is a great personality to have in the workshop.
Gemma | Administrator | Rabbit Hill
Gemma has a wealth of knowledge and customer service experience from previous roles at main dealerships. Warm, welcoming and approachable. Gemma is a valuable member of the team to greet you as you walk through the door.
Peter | Driver
Peter has recently joined our team to assist with the collection and delivery of vehicles all over the country. Peter is a longstanding customer of Great North Auto Services and has consistently championed our level of service and skill to anyone that would listen. When the time came, we required extra assistance with delivering and collecting vehicles, Peter was more than happy to take this on – a great new addition to the team.
